What is your cardboard and plastic worth?

Market rate, quantity, material quality, bale weight and collection frequency are all important factors which determine the value of your cardboard and plastics. Separating and baling these materials at source eliminates the high costs of transporting loose materials and inefficient segregation and baling at sorting plants. Segregating and baling at source allows for the valuable cardboard and plastic to be delivered directly to the recycler. Using the correct size of balers reduces transport cost and avoids re-processing at the recycling facility, all adding value to your materials and increasing the revenue you receive.

How it works

Our ‘Revenue Share’, option is all about increasing efficiency and material values when managing your waste. Initially we offer a free consultation to assess your current waste solution and material volumes. Often a picture of your materials and anticipated tonnages / month is all we need.

Material tonnages and recycling rates are reviewed quarterly. Dependent upon your material quantity and quality a rebate linked to the market rates is agreed. We continuously track material prices and you can be assured that you will be receiving excellent value all the time.

Revenue share for cardboard

To maximise the value of cardboard we would need to install one of our high density cardboard balers specifically designed to maximise load and container weights for transport and shipping. Bale weights are approximately 420 – 450kg.

Revenue share for plastic

To maximise the value of plastic we would install a vertical baler to suit the volume of plastic you are producing. Balers significantly reduce the volume of plastic, maximising load and container weights for transport and shipping. Bale weights are from 25 – 450kg. We also include on-going training to ensure you are maximising the value of your plastic. A small amount of contamination can make a large difference to rebates!
